The Fear of The Lord

   Proverbs 9:10 The fear (reverence and respect) of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

This has been quite a week...almost seemed like there would be no miracles. We are working on revising two of the teachings for the seminar, and that is going well. Everything else seemed pretty dry until we escorted Connie, our host, to a village north of Lisbon. There, she has been attempting for quite some time to resolve some legal matters for her family, but to no avail due to civil authority's lack of compliance with local legalities, or concern regarding Connie's need. But God came through with aid and Connie's legal needs were met. Praise the Lord. As Connie followed God's lead, the pieces of her task fell into place. Shirley and I were blessed to provide some heavenly support by the spirit of God. 

Our heavenly Father gives wisdom to those who lack when they ask and desire and crave it with confidence and trust of Him (James 1:5). It's a good part of our daily conversation with God, our Abba Father.
